Switchgear Safety LLC (The “Warrantor”) warrants that the goods described in this warranty, with proper use and care, are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and meet all represented performance standards as defined by the Warrantor in its sole discretion.

This warranty covers all products sold and supplied by Switchgear Safety and each of their component parts (Except for electronic components, which are covered for a period of one years under this warranty, and batteries) where the failing product or component part has a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the product experiences an issue which affects the installation, operation, or performance of the product.

Warranted products will be repaired or replaced, at Switchgear Safety’s option, and returned at no charge..

We’re committed to creating a more sustainable industry, but we need your help to do it. When you trade in obsolete remote operating equipment, all hazardous components (Including batteries, fluids, etc.) will be properly and ecologically disposed of according to EPA standards. Even if your equipment no longer carries a trade-in value, you can send it to us for responsible disposal, free of charge.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product covered under this warranty and is not transferable during the term of the warranty. This warranty is valid for customers in the United States only. For all other countries, please contact your local dealer for applicable warranty information or contact Switchgear Safety directly.
